So obviously there’s a theme going on this week. Dreams Come True. Leave a Legacy. Do One More Thing. Apparently this is call to action week! You won’t be able to browse this blog and stay sedentary in your life for too long, that’s for sure! 🙂 And you can be sure I’m holding myself to the same standard.
Today I want to share a quick, yet powerful message from one of my favorite Youtubers, Josh Sundquist. He is a paraplegic who also happens to be a motivational speaker, teaching people how to overcome adversity. He’s hilarious on Youtube, sharing different sides of his personality and stories of his life. It’s great to be able to plug into someone who’s funny and positive.
He recently uploaded a video that offers great advice for anyone trying to succeed in any area of their life. It’s a great philosophy, one that I was unintentionally following before watching this video, but that I am now consciously implementing in my life.
Be inspired to do one more thing…
“One more thing than you feel like doing” hits home for me. That’s definitely the one I need to master the most.
If you’d like to see more of Josh Sundquist, check out my post, Make the Best of Life’s Crappy Situations, which features one of his most popular and funny videos. You’re not going to want to miss this. It’s hilarious and inspirational all at the same time, my kind of party. He’s made a rap song called The Amputee Rap. Click here to view it.
Share your thoughts in the comments: What did you think of the video? Like Josh asks, what one more thing can you do today to get closer to your goals? What are some of your favorite ways to make the most of out of your life?
Peace, Love and Progression,
~Alexis~

Great perspective. Much like by raising your performance just 1 degree you can go from hot water to steam.
