Inspirational Celebrity Spotlight: Kim Coles

Inspirational Celebrity Spotlight: Kim Coles

In honor of Women’s History Month, I wanted to shed light on a woman who is taking strides in today’s world to make a difference in the lives of others.

Actress, comedian, and TV personality, Kim Coles, has become a huge inspiration to me as of late.  She has a new program called “Open the G.I.F.T.S.”  Gifts is used as an acronym for Gratitude, Intention, Forgiveness, Triumphs, and Self-Love.

In her new program, she teaches people to live their best life while expressing their passion and purpose with the world.  I am loving it.  It has reminded me to set a positive intention for my day, every single day.  I am used to setting a positive and powerful intention when starting a new project, but I think it’s just as important to intend to have a great day.  The intention we put behind things is a very important aspect of the outcomes we receive.

I really enjoy all of the tips and tools she gives in her Open the G.I.F.T.S workbook.  I also love being able to follow along with her blog where she talks about the self-love and confidence she’s gained during her natural hair journey, as well as her better eating and living habits on her quest to be more healthy.  She seems to be doing a full circle renovation of her life and sharing it with others.  I love it when people of power and influence take the opportunity to spread positive principles to the masses. It’s a beautiful thing!

Check out her welcome message below and be sure to go to her website: Open the G.I.F.T.S.

Share your thoughts in the comments: What do you think of Kim Coles’ new project?  Who inspires you and why?

Peace, Love, & Inspiration,

~Alexis~
