Song of the Week: “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield

Song of the Week: “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield

Happy Monday! It’s time for another “feel good about life” song.

I just LOVE this song.  It is so full of joy and freedom!  I liked it when it first came out because it just makes you get lost in feel good moments while listening to it, but I love it even more now after paying close attention to the rich lyrics.

Make sure to keep these lyrics in mind the next time you find yourself stressed about life, worried about the future, or you simply need a reminder to live in the moment and enjoy the beauty of life NOW:

“Staring at the blank page before you

Open up the dirty window

Let the sun illuminate the words

That you could not find

Reaching for something in the distance

So close you can almost taste it

Release your inhibitions!

Feel the rain on your skin

No one else can feel it for you

Only you can let it in

No one else, no one else

Can speak the words on your lips

Drench yourself in words unspoken

Live your life with arms wide open

Today is where your book begins

The rest is still unwritten.”

Today, take a moment to just relax, let go, and FEEL GOOD about the fact that you can create PEACE and JOY at any moment in your life, even in the midst of a hectic world.

Enjoy!

Play this feel good song anytime you want with this song on your playlist:
